The Moucha and Maskali islands are about thirty minutes by boat from Djibouti.
They are very popular for their fine sandy beaches and the blue waters of their lagoon.
The underwater fauna and flora are colorful and varied, but much less dense for snorkelers than other sites in Djibouti such as the beaches of Arta and Ras Ali.
Scuba diving can be practiced from Moucha Island.
